Welcome to the “about me” page. I believe it is no coincidence you are here, that Spirit has a way of guiding us to things that will benefit us along our lives’ paths. I am dedicated to helping people connect with the Spirit that resides in each of us, and experience the inner peace and harmony that can result from that kind of connection. This may promote healing on all levels of the being (physical, emotional, and mental) by naturally strengthening the body’s own healing capabilities through energetic balancing.

I specialize in blending Massage Therapy, Reiki, and other forms of body work for customized therapeutic sessions. I take time communicating with my clients, mostly listening, to assess their needs and goals. Together we develop a session plan that we feel will have the greatest results they wish to achieve. I also provide Reiki classes for those who wish to learn this beautiful healing art founded in Spiritual self healing techniques that have been used for thousands of years.

I have been teaching and practicing Reiki since 1997 and a Certified Massage Therapist since 2002. I currently practice at
The Amethyst Garden and see clients off site by special appointment.
